As Alexandria Industries’ Chief Operating Officer, Jason Bachman is committed to building strong relationships that make a meaningful impact. By prioritizing employee well-being and delivering exceptional operational and financial performance, he creates value for both our people and our organization.
Jason began his career at Alexandria Industries in 1993 as an aluminum extrusion press operator. His leadership abilities were recognized early, and he quickly gained responsibilities, taking on the roles of press lead, shift supervisor, and extrusion department manager. As a result of Jason’s experience and knowledge, he became a general manager overseeing the Indiana facility, before becoming the COO.
In addition to Jason’s 30 plus years of experience in multiple roles, he was able to take part in many training opportunities at Alexandria Industries. On the formal side of things, he was educated in supervisory management at Alexandria Technical Community College, in Alexandria, Minn.
Always focused on helping others’ success, Jason works to ensure all employees’ actions align with our organizational values. He is passionate about working as a team, thinking beyond the obvious and bringing growth to Alexandria Industries operations. Jason strongly believes his colleagues and his family are the people who contribute most to his success.
Bachman enjoys spending his free time with his wife and five boys, as well as riding his motorcycle any chance he gets.
“Demand Innovation to me, means working beyond everyone’s expectations and finding new ways of doing business.” Jason Bachman, Alexandria Industries
