Abdul starts his day with the goal of attentively listening to the needs of those around him. He is passionate about collaboration and uses that passion to make informed decisions in daily operations, drawing on his data-based analytical thinking.
His dedication to meeting customers’ needs is a driving force for Alexandria Industries’ success. Knowing the customers’ goals are being met or even exceeded is how he measures his accomplishments and those of his teammates. Abdul recognizes the importance of continuous improvement and assures that those on his team see the value also.
Working in the manufacturing sector since 1996 has provided Abdul with a range of roles and diverse experiences. From his start as a Chemical Engineer, he later expanded his knowledge in Lean methodologies and through Lean Six Sigma Training, he achieved the Black Belt certification.
Outside of work, Abdul’s top three passions are his family, his love for coffee, and watching TV, probably in that order.
Ultimately, Abdul hopes to be remembered as a compassionate and empathetic individual who listened to others’ concerns and helped them achieve their goals.
